Volkswagen could make a small car for India on Up! Series

According to the rumors in the Global Auto Market, there could be an affordable and less expensive car on the roads of Brazil, India and China around next year or so, which would be based on Volkswagen Up! Series. This car is expected to cost around Rs. 3.83 Lakh or 6,000 Euros. As the launch of Volkswagen Lupo, which is a hatchback car of Up! Series approached near, rumors fill the air that this car will soon arrive in the country in 2012 accompanied by 800cc of petrol and 1.2 litre of diesel engine, which would be made by Volkswagen India.
