Toyota Kirloskar Motor to further increase its production capacity

Toyota Kirloskar Motor has announced it will invest close to Rs 900 crore to further increase its production capacity to 3,10,000 units by 2013.

The company had earlier announced its plan to expand the annual production capacity from 1,50,000 units to 2,10,000 units by first half of 2012. In line with TKM’s expansion plans and in order to cater to the increase in demand for Innova , Fortuner, Corolla Altis, Etios and Etios Liva, the company has decided to further increase production.Vcommindia News
