DEARBORN, Mich. — Recently, the two automakers Ford Motor Co. and Zipcar Inc. said that they have agreed to provide hundreds of its vehicles for the car sharing service's college campus fleets across the country.
Though, the financial terms of the two-year agreement were not disclosed.Under the agreement, join Zipcar Ford 650 vehicles to its lineup this school year and up to 1,000 vehicles during the contract period. Most vehicles will be small Ford Focus and Escape sport utility vehicle, the companies said.In addition, Zipcar will offer $ 10 off your $ 35 fee for annual membership for the first 100,000 new students who sign up for Zipcar.
