After the study of Singur Judgement Tata Motors to decide next action

Main auto manufacturer of India Tata Motors which has been involved in the legal imbroglio with the West Bengal government over Singur land will decide its next course of action after studying the Calcutta High Court judgment that declared the Singur land act as valid and constitutional.

On reaction with the verdict of Justice Indra Prasanna Mukherjee rejecting the automaker's plea challenging the legislation, the company said in a statement that it had learnt of the ruling.

The company stated "We have learnt of the Calcutta High Court's ruling on the Singur Land Rehabilitation & Development Act 2011. The company will study the judgment and decide its next course of action."Vcommindia News
