FIA’s medical satisfied with Buddh Circuit's homologation

NEW DELHI: The medical team of the International Automobile Federation expressed satisfaction on the state of medical facilities on the international circuit Buddh (BIC) for the first Formula One Grand Prix-Indian.

The two-day medical inspection came after the FIA race director Charlie Whiting gave a boost to the 5.14 km circuit during his visit Thursday.

The team led by the FIA medical delegate Jean Charles Piette checked BIC Medical Centre in Greater Noida near here, in addition to the visit of Apollo Hospitals and Fortis have been roped in by the race promoters International Sports Jaypee (JPSI) . In case of accident during the three-day event of mega, pilots will be flown to one of two hospitals in the track.Vcommindia News
