Prices IPO at $22 a Share by Auto Parts Firm Delphi

Auto-parts maker Delphi Automotive PLC priced its initial public offering at $22 a share, at the low end of its expected range of $22 to $24.

The company's stock is expected to begin trading Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol DLPH.

A total of 24.1 million shares were sold; all shares are coming from private owners of the company, so none of the proceeds will benefit Delphi. Automobile News
