In China Chevrolet Volt EV debuts at $78,300

Just a week after presenting its new generation of Chevrolet Volt electric vehicle in the Guangzhou Motor Show in the U.S. with major automaker General Motors has launched the much awaited car in the Chinese market. The car is priced at $ 78,300 in China, where it is available for sale to the company's 13 dealers spread over 8 cities of Beijing, Sozhou, Shenzhen, Wuxi, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The launch of the Chevrolet Volt electric vehicle can be seen as a part of the "green drive" scheme of Shanghai General Motors, through which it will be rolling out a series of new electric and hybrid cars in China for 2015.Automobile News
