Maruti's 'good conduct bond' unfair practice says Government

While the recent `good conduct bond’ from Maruti Suzuki India has led to a lot of labour unrest, finally the company had prevailed but now it has been reported that the Government has stated that demanding good conduct bond from workers by MSI management during the recent labour unrest at its Manesar plant was an "arbitrary act" and amounted to "unfair labour practice".Automobile News
