In RE60 Renault-Nissan yet to confirm their interest says Bajaj

With much speculation over their partnership over a low cost car project both Bajaj and Renault-Nissan were tight-lipped about it. But now with Bajaj showcasing the RE60 at Auto Expo, the next move from both the players is highly anticipated.

It was said that the, Renault-Nissan officials have had a look at Bajaj's new “four-wheeler” RE 60, but have yet to confirm if they are interested in selling the vehicle, said Bajaj Auto's Managing Director, Rajiv Bajaj said. He said that, “They (Renault-Nissan) have seen the product, but they haven't got back to us yet.”Automobile News
