Bentley Motors, the subsidiary of the British company is the world’s second largest automotive corporate with the title of Top Employer in Britain for the year 2012 Volkswagen Group has been endowed. The automaker is headquartered at Crewe in England with an immense strength of over 4000 employees and is reported by the CRF Institute to be instilled with phenomenal working ambience.
The CRF institute conducted surveillance to shortlist companies with best HR practices and harmonious employer-employee relations and awarded Bentley Motors with the high esteemed Top Employer award.
The company is known for the endeavors it undertakes to constantly upgrade the quality of work such as offering typical motivations in engineering stream along with reputed graduate and apprenticeship programs to its employees. Even the employees at Bentley Motors are said to showcase best of their performance individually as well as in a team and function in tandem with the company’s set corporate culture, values and goals.
