Maruti Suzuki India Ltd was forced to cease operations due to the split between the company and workers. After tough decision being taken, the nation's largest auto manufacturer has posed a serious risk to itself. MSIL now seems to be unable to take advantage of the opportunity of the upcoming holiday season, make an effort to swell the sales affected. The use of this advantage also allowed the company to halt the trend of buyers who opt for Maruti car brands more.
As per the latest adversity, at least 350 contract workers, who load vehicles onto transporters that are then dispatched to dealerships across the country, showed their resistance and went on strike.The situation got out of control crazy and recently as the agitation took a violent turn with supervisors Maruti harassment and physical abuse by some workers who were part of the workforce of the company. The company has been hit by a dead end and could not find a way of oil spills on water problems. The situation was caused by labor unrest which began on August 29 at various plants in Gurgaon and Manesar in Haryana.Vcommindia News
