Camry hybrid sedan launched in Japan recently

Toyota Motor Corp. has introduced a new Camry sedan for Japan on Monday; it proposes a model consisting of gas-electric to start the stagnating sales of the model in its domestic market-friendly hybrid.

In United States of America the Camry is the best-selling car in the United States for nine years, but Japan accounts for only 1 percent of global sales of the model due to lower demand for sedans in favor of sub-compact or mini-vans.
